God gets first place.

Brother if you ever amount to anything, you’ve got to love God better than your wife, your husband, your children, your pastor, your…everything that there is, you’ve got to love God first. God gets first place. We give Him about tenth place. But He deserves the best we got and the first we got. And all we got.

God cannot fail.

E-13 Now, coming up to the Red Sea, what a time. This covenant people who had the promise of God, and who were standing firm on the promise... And it's so strange to see that when people take a stand for God, looks like that the devil throws everything in their way that he can throw in their way. But God makes a way through that way.

Some of my greatest experiences I've ever witnessed before God, is when I got to a place where I couldn't go over, under, or around, but just stand still. God makes a way through it somehow. He hasn't failed yet and He never will fail. God cannot fail.

But it can be impersonated

E-16 Wesley said when you get sanctified and shout you got it, but he found out a lot of them shouted that didn't have it. And Pentecost says if we speak with tongues we got it, but we found out, many spoke with tongues and didn't have it. That's right. So it's something different from that, brother. That's right.

Jesus never said if they shout, if they speak with tongues, if they do this, said, "By their fruits you shall know them." And the fruit of the Spirit is not shouting, speaking in tongues. That's attributes of the Holy Spirit, of course. But it can be impersonated; we know it.

I've dealt with lots of evil spirits in my life, and--and witch doctors, and so forth, and across the world. I've seen evil spirits shout, speak with tongues, do all the manifestations, seen them do all kinds of signs and wonders and everything else: demons, and deny there was even a God. See? But you can't go by that.

Spirits, when they leave people...

Spirits, when they leave people, like evil spirits, they go from one to another. You know that. When you get an audience jumping and running, you can't hold it. You don't... There's no need of trying to take the time to explain it. You just believe it; that's all. You just believe it.

God works on his heart while the Devil works on his head. God chose the heart. The Bible says, "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he."

Let your conversation not be about your church, but about your Lord

133 Isn't that just the modern Christian today? Oh, let the healing take place, and they're shouting the victory. Let the power of the Holy Spirit fall, and they're shouting the victory. And those who are really filled with the Holy Ghost, remains that way down through life's journey. But the man that's still walking with the carnal mind, let a little discouragement come up, something go wrong, and they go away, saying, "Well, I thought it was all right, but, oh, my, look at it now. I thought that little church would never fail. I thought this person..." You got your mind on the wrong thing. See? Put your mind on Him that can't fail. Let your conversation not be about your church, but about your Lord. That's the One. Not about your neighbor, but about your Lord, let your conversations be of Him.
